Friars Bay Long Sea Outfall Pipeworks Update
The Port has been very pleased to host the activities associated with the work on the Friars Bay Outfall pipe. As descibed in the previous news of 9th August, there has been a hive of activity both on the water and within the port land area. Local companies and contractors have also benefited from the extra services that have been required.
This years works are coming to an end due to the onset of winter but we look forward to welcoming Westminster Dredging Co. and Land & Marine Ltd. vessels, plant and staff back again next Spring to complete the works.
